#Veganuary: 5 Easy Italian Vegan Dinners

Have you opted to go Vegan this January? According to the BBC, a record 50,000 people have signed up to the #Veganuary campaign.

My friend at work has recently gone vegan and as we searched for lunch ideas in our local ASDA yesterday, I wondered, what on earth would I eat if I was Vegan? But the more I thought about it, the more I realised, some of my favourite recipes are actually in fact, vegan!

So I have gone and found my 5 favourite vegan recipes that are no faff and easy to make, but most importantly, still have that depth of flavour. Buon Appettito.
